The food almost lives up to how hard it is to get into Thai Diner. The space is chic and the menu is just refreshingly cool. Nostalgic diner + classic Thai.

It's an Uncle Boons offshoot so no surprise at the quality of the dishes here. The Phat See Yoo is brilliant - yes that's how it's spelled here. The sandwiches are the real deal, especially the oily breakfast sandwich in a roti.

Get a cocktail pitcher (good deal), some exceptional fried chicken, and noodles. The service is meh.
