The classic NYC Bistro. If you live under a rock and haven't been to Raouls yet, make it a priority and get the steak au poivre - an almost perfect dish.
The martini's are great. There's a rotating menu for everything but the steak so it's great to revisit.
Wear a button down, enjoy a cigarette, and delve into the 1970s.
