Freeman's is a singular restaurant as it's located in the only alley in Manhattan! Worth a visit for that alone.

The dining room is a love-it or hate-it - decorated as a hunting lodge, the walls are lined with bucks, moose, and other western style trappings. The menu doesn't escape this aesthetic either - see Devils on Horseback.

A decent spot if you're in the neighborhood and like taxidermy.
